Before delivery, our staff will make sure that the entire flat, and in particular the kitchen corner, is perfectly clean, working properly and equipped with every item. It is therefore important to report to the Reception, within 24 hours of occupation, any missing or broken items from the inventory. After this deadline any damage will be charged.

Yes, you the number of people established has to be respected. The flat cannot be occupied by more people than the number of people stated in the booking. Yes, animals are allowed (up to 10 kg) with a supplemental charge of € 15.00 per day.

To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests, it is forbidden to make any disturbing noises, particularly in the afternoon and at night.
